Anne Semonin Botanical Toner
This Toner has been formulated with witch hazel for its anti-oxidant and astringent properties to gently tone, soothe and rebalance the skin. Use on its own or customize to your skin’s needs by adding Anne Semonin Intensive Complexes. Suitable for all skin types.
HOW TO USE
Apply morning and night to face and neck with a cotton wool pad after cleansing skin with Botanical Milk. To remove eye makeup, use the Botanical Toner on its own, unblended: apply to lids and lashes with a cotton wool pad.
RESULTS
Skin is gently toned, soothed and rebalanced. The Botanical Toner penetrates the skin and into the lymph due to the combination of trace elements and essential oils, increasing the cellular exchange and regeneration.
